Neurofeedback  training your brain to function better

Neurofeedback (also known as neurotherapy) is a technique to train the brain to function better.

A better functioning brain can improve attention and focus, motivation and energy, mood and emotional stability, sleep patterns and mental functioning. Neurofeedback is also used by executives, athletes and performing artists to enhance performance.

Published research identifies the benefits of Neurofeedback for a range of symptoms and difficulties.
